Important Travel Information and Policies - TRAVLOGER INDIA.
- Identification:
- Indian citizens must carry valid government-issued photo ID.
- Foreign nationals must carry their passports.
- Weather Preparedness: Travelers visiting during June-August are advised to bring raincoats.
- Itinerary Changes:
- TRAVLOGER reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, political events, or government restrictions.
- In such cases, TRAVLOGER will attempt to provide suitable alternatives.
- Refunds or alternatives for canceled complimentary activities are not guaranteed.
- If any location is closed, Travloger will attempt to add any nearby locations, but refunds are not always possible.
- Ferry/Cruise Travel:
- Private cruise availability (Makruzz/Green Ocean/Coastal Cruise) is subject to change. If unavailable, government ferries will be used.
- Transportation:
- Missed pickups/drop-offs due to traveler delays will not result in refunds for alternative transportation.
- Hotel rooms are standard unless otherwise specified by the customer before booking.
- Hotel check in and check out times are set by the hotels.
- For group tours, flight/train times can vary, and travelers must adhere to TRAVLOGER's specified departure times.
- Additional sightseeing tours not included in the itinerary are at the customer's expense.
- Travelers must follow the program schedule; missed services due to delays will not be refunded.
- For group departures, Travloger is not responsible for time between hotel check out and flight/train departure.
- Travloger is not responsible for delays in pickups/drop offs due to uncontrollable events.
- Unforeseen Circumstances:
- Costs arising from unforeseen events (flight/cruise changes, cancellations, political unrest, natural disasters, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
- Foreign National Permits:
- Foreign nationals must obtain necessary permits upon arrival.
- Health and Safety:
- State-government guidelines (social distancing, hand sanitization, mask use) must be followed.
- Booking and Payment:
- ID proof is required for all bookings. PAN cards are not accepted as address proof.
- Room confirmations are made after 50% payment to TRAVLOGER, subject to availability.
- If the specified hotels are unavailable, similar accommodations will be provided.
- Peak season surcharges of 15% apply from December 1st to January 31st.
- Rescheduling/Cancellation Policies:
- Private (Standard & Deluxe) & Group: Rescheduling before 15 days or more from travel date, incurs a 30% fee; within 15 days is 100% cancellation fee. Bookings within 15 days of travel cannot be rescheduled.
- Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific: No rescheduling; standard cancellation policy applies.
- Force Majeure:
- TRAVLOGER may reschedule or offer alternative itineraries in cases of force majeure.
- Cancellation After Rescheduling:
- Standard cancellation policies apply, and rescheduling fees are non-refundable.
