    Itinerary

    • Upon your arrival, a driver will help you with the transfer from the airport to your pre-booked hotel. Once you check in, the remaining day is yours to enjoy, rejuvenate, and adjust to the weather conditions. Please note it is necessary to acclimatize to the cold weather and altitude of the region so that you are ready for the adventures in Leh Ladakh.

    • Enjoy a day trip to 'Sham Valley' with a driver who will pick you up from your hotel in Leh. Visit the ancient Spituk Gompa, the war memorial of the Hall of Fame, and the sacred Gurudwara Pathar Sahib where you can have langar. Witness the amazing phenomenon of the Magnetic Hill, the stunning view of the Zanskar-Indus River confluence, and the famous SECMOL school that inspired the movie '3 Idiots'. After exploring the Sham Valley, the driver will take you back to your hotel.
    • After having morning breakfast driver will take you towards Khardung-La Pass, the world's highest all-season motorable road, and soak in the views as you will feel like on top of the world. After an amazing journey to Khardung La Pass, you can then head back to Leh. Once back in Leh, enjoy leisure time to roam around at Mall Road. After that driver will drop you at your hotel for an overnight stay in Leh.
    • After having morning breakfast driver will take you towards Pangong Lake on the Indo-China border. Spend some time exploring the surroundings of Pangong Lake with the view of the Shyok River on one side and the mountains on another side. On your way back to Leh, take a small stopover at the Chang-la Pass. You can also visit Changla Baba Temple and Druk Padma School. After reaching Leh driver will drop you at your hotel for an overnight stay.

    • Pack your bags and check out from your hotel in Leh. The driver will pick you up from the hotel and take you to Leh Airport and this will mark the end of your Ladakh adventure.

    • Mobile Network: Only Postpaid network (JIO, Airtel, BSNL) is active in the region.
    • For safety purposes, this tour is not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant, anyone that has had major surgery, or has a broken leg/arm, has chronic back or neck pains, etc.
    • Breakfast availability in hotel on first and last day totally depends on your arrival and departure timings.
    • The advisable baggage limit is 1 rucksack per member.
    • The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to change in the number of guests, hotel change, itinerary change, etc.
    • The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travellers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
    • Covid Guidelines (including RT-PCR Test) issued by the State-Government are to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.
    • Oxygen cylinder & backup vehicle will be provided wherever the medical services are not readily available.
    • Climatic conditions in the high altitudes vary from the plains; it is advisable that you take adequate time to get acclimatized to high altitudes.
    • Consult a physician before undertaking the tour. Carry basic medications and a first-aid kit during the tour.
    • Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like a change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, roadblocks, etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost. No bill will be reimbursed for any missed service/facility.
    • Because of any reason natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.
    • Pay heed to the tour guides and instructors in order to enjoy a safe and sound tour.
    • All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, permits, etc. are not a part of the package.
    • Carry enough cash as the number of ATMs in high-altitude regions are comparatively less and there are long queues at times.
    • All the travellers are requested to carry a copy of their medical certificate (if any) with them.
    • We reserve the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
    • If in case any traveller wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveller. Neither the operator nor we will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
    • During the trip, in case the roads are blocked due to landslides or a reason that is beyond control, we will rearrange the itinerary for the travellers real-time, however, the cost of alternative accommodation will be borne by the customer as the hotels pre-booked execute their cancellation policies and are nonrefundable.
    • Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
    • Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
    • Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), Travloger reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
    • Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
