Note:

• No refund shall be made with respect to the initial advance booking amount.
• The itinerary is subject to changes by the trip organizer subject to traffic/overcrowded/road blocks/govt. restrictions/any factors which are not under our control. Any extra costs arising during those times, should be borne directly by the client on the spot.
• Organizer has the right to modify route, activities, and members for safety reasons. Your cooperation is appreciated. Additionally, be prepared to adapt & handle any extra expenses & challenges that may rise independently in unforeseen situations.
• All of the activities and lunch costs are according to that particular time. Travloger in no way is connected to any of the activity vendors or hotels. You can pay in person at the appropriate locations.

• 5% GST is applicable to the package cost.
• Standard check in time at the hotels is 12 PM and check out time is 9 AM.
• The Vehicle will be available only till 7 PM & till certain possible points (Later to be followed by a local union cab).
• Meals other than those specified are an exclusion to the package.
• Vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
• ACs don't work in Hilly Areas as the climate is moderate.
• Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
• Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
• Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
• Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
• All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
• Govt. Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
• All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
• Prices might greatly vary on Blackout Dates(special dates like Diwali, Christmas, New Years, etc). In order to get the best rates for these days you can connect with us directly.
• The prices may vary based on the season time and the number of travellers travelling per day in a specific region as there is limited hotel availability in hilly areas.
• Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer's request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
• When is Sissu village/Atal tunnel if snow blocks, then 4*4 vehicle should be rented at the own costs. Sometimes due to heavy snow blocks these places may be cancelled as a part of trip.
• Rohtang Top's Permits are excluded. (Directly Payable to the Union)
• Vehicle is allowed only till gate at Kufri, pony rides cost to reach top, are to be directly borne by customer.
• Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
• Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
• Travloger reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
• Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond Travloger's control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
• In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Travloger will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
• The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour unless specified exclusively in the inclusions of the product.
• Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
• The driver might turn off the AC on hilly terrains as it might become difficult to drive on such roads.
• Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
• Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
• Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), Travlogerreserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
• Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
