Our Keral trip was good, it was a well organised and traveloger team took care of everything so well. However, our trip was during christmas and obviously all the places were crowed and roads were blocked. Also, it was informed to us that the places will be crowed. Ananthagiri Hills weekend package: the 2 day plan

  • Saturday morning: leave Hyderabad after breakfast. Stop at the Anantha Padmanabha Swamy temple and walk the forest trail behind it.
  • Saturday 3 to 4 PM: check in at your camp. Tea, activities, dinner and the bonfire.
  • Sunday: sunrise walk or trek, breakfast, check-out at 11 AM, and back in Hyderabad by early afternoon.

Hyderabad to Ananthagiri Hills: how to reach

  • By car or bike: the Chevella road through APPA Junction and Moinabad to Vikarabad, then on to the hills; 2 to 2.5 hours.
  • By bus: TSRTC buses run from Hyderabad to Vikarabad through the day; the camps are a short auto or cab ride from the town.
  • By train: Vikarabad Junction is about 1.5 hours from the city.
  • By cab: we can add a cab from Hyderabad to your booking at an extra cost.
