1Day 1 - Trip begins at Delhi - Delhi to Shimla
- Start early from Delhi in your private cab and head towards the hills.
- Break at Chandigarh for the Rock Garden with its sculptures made from reclaimed material.
- Stop at the Mughal-style terraces of Pinjore Gardens on the way up.
- Reach Shimla by evening and check in. Night in Shimla.
2Day 2 - Shimla and Kufri
- Climb to Jakhu Temple on the highest hill in Shimla for sweeping valley views.
- Drive out to Kufri for its slopes, pine trails and mountain outlooks.
- See the Vice Regal Lodge, Christ Church and the Ridge in the town centre.
- Spend the evening walking Mall Road. Night in Shimla.
3Day 3 - Shimla to Manali via Naggar
- Leave after breakfast for the drive north along the river valleys.
- Stop at Naggar Castle, an old timber and stone palace looking over the Beas.
- Arrive in Manali and settle in. Night in Manali.
4Day 4 - Manali and Solang Valley
- Visit the Hidimbi Devi Temple in its cedar grove and the Manu Temple in Old Manali.
- Stop at Vashisht Temple and the hot water springs next to it.
- Spend the rest of the day at Solang Valley, the meadow known for paragliding and snow activities.
- Night in Manali.
5Day 5 - Kullu valley, then Amritsar
- Drive down the valley and stop at Dhakpo Shedrupling Monastery near Kais.
- Visit the Raghunathji Temple in Kullu town.
- Continue down to the plains and on to Amritsar. Night in Amritsar.
6Day 6 - Trip ends at Delhi - Amritsar, then back to Delhi
- Begin at the Golden Temple, the gilded shrine at the centre of its sacred tank.
- Visit Jallianwala Bagh, the walled memorial garden alongside.
- See the Durgiana Temple, Gobindgarh Fort and the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum.
- Drive back to Delhi in the evening, where the trip ends.
