1Day 1 - Trip begins at Delhi - Arrive Delhi and drive to Mathura
- Arrival at Delhi airport and meeting with the tour team.
- Road transfer to Mathura, the birthplace of Lord Krishna and one of the seven holy cities of Hinduism.
- Overnight in Mathura.
2Day 2 - Govardhan, Barsana and Gokul
- Visit Govardhan Hill, tied to the story of Krishna lifting the hill to shelter the villagers.
- Continue to Barsana, associated with Radha Rani, with a cable car ride and a visit to the Radha Rani temple.
- Visit Brahmand Ghat, where Krishna is said to have shown the universe in his mouth to Yashoda.
- Visit Chintaharan Mahadev Temple and Raman Reti.
- Overnight in Mathura.
3Day 3 - Mathura and Vrindavan temples
- Visit Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, the site held to be Krishna's birthplace.
- Drive to Vrindavan and visit the Banke Bihari Temple.
- See Prem Mandir, a marble temple carved with scenes from Krishna's life.
- Visit the Chandrodaya ISKCON temple, built as one of the tallest temples in the country.
- Overnight in Mathura.
4Day 4 - Mathura to Lucknow
- Long road journey to Lucknow.
- On arrival, visit Ambedkar Park, a public park and memorial.
- Overnight in Lucknow.
5Day 5 - Lucknow sightseeing, then on to Ayodhya
- See Rumi Darwaza, an example of Awadhi architecture.
- Visit the Clock Tower, the tallest in India, plus Chota Imambara and Bada Imambara with its maze.
- Visit the British Residency ruins from the 1857 siege.
- Drive on to Ayodhya, the pilgrimage town linked to Lord Ram.
- Overnight in Ayodhya.
6Day 6 - Ayodhya temple day
- Darshan at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir.
- Visit Hanuman Garhi, a 10th century Hanuman temple, and Dashrath Mahal.
- Visit Kanak Bhavan, said to have been gifted to Devi Sita after her wedding, and Sita Rasoi.
- Evening fountain and light show at Surya Kund, subject to it running.
- Overnight in Ayodhya.
7Day 7 - Ayodhya to Prayagraj
- Drive to Prayagraj, at the meeting of the Ganga, Yamuna and the mythical Saraswati.
- Visit the Lete Hanuman Temple, an underground shrine with a large reclining idol.
- Boat ride at the Triveni Sangam.
- Overnight in Prayagraj.
8Day 8 - Prayagraj to Varanasi
- Visit Anand Bhavan, the former Nehru family home now a museum of the freedom movement era.
- Drive to Varanasi.
- On arrival, visit Swarved Mahamandir, a very large meditation complex.
- Overnight in Varanasi.
9Day 9 - Varanasi temples, boat ride and Ganga Aarti
- Visit Kaal Bhairav Temple, one of the city's oldest Shiva shrines.
- Darshan at Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas; a priority darshan is arranged but a queue still applies and it can be withdrawn during VIP movements or ceremonies.
- See Banaras Hindu University and Birla Mandir.
- Boat ride at Dashashwamedh Ghat followed by the evening Ganga Aarti, weather permitting.
- Overnight in Varanasi.
10Day 10 - Sunrise at Assi Ghat and a day at Sarnath
- Early morning visit to Assi Ghat for sunrise.
- Drive to Sarnath, where the Buddha delivered his first sermon.
- See the Dhamek Stupa and the Sarnath Archaeological Museum with the four-headed lion capital.
- Visit Sarai Mohana, the weaving village known for handwoven Banarasi silk.
- Overnight in Varanasi.
11Day 11 - Trip ends at Varanasi - Departure from Varanasi
- Breakfast, then transfer to Varanasi airport as per your flight.
- Guests travelling on their own arrangements make their own way once the group programme ends.
- Tour ends.
