1Day 1 - Trip begins at Varanasi - Reach Varanasi and evening on the ghats
- Arrive at Varanasi airport or railway station and transfer to the hotel
- After check in, head out for the old city walk covering ghats such as Manikarnika, Panchganga and Harishchandra, seen by boat
- The boat ride itself is paid separately by the traveller
- Watch the evening Ganga aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat
- Night in Varanasi, dinner included
2Day 2 - Varanasi temples and a day out at Sarnath
- Very early start for Pind Daan on the river bank, which is optional and charged extra
- Darshan at Kashi Vishwanath Temple
- After breakfast visit Durga Temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, Manas Mandir and the Banaras Hindu University campus
- Day trip to Sarnath, where the Buddha gave his first sermon, covering the Buddhist temples, Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa and the archaeological museum
- Night in Varanasi
3Day 3 - Drive to Ayodhya and Sarayu aarti
- Breakfast, then road transfer to Ayodhya, about 220 km and around 5 hours
- Visit Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhavan and Sita Ki Rasoi
- Evening aarti on the bank of the Sarayu
- Night in Ayodhya
4Day 4 - Ram Janmabhoomi, then on to Lucknow
- Early morning dip in the Sarayu
- After breakfast visit Ram Janmabhoomi, the birthplace of Lord Rama
- Drive to Lucknow, about 135 km and around 3 hours
- Evening local sightseeing including Ambedkar Park
- Night in Lucknow
5Day 5 - Trip ends at Lucknow - Lucknow departure
- After breakfast transfer to Lucknow airport or railway station for the onward journey home
- Trip ends
