1Day 1 - Trip begins at Cochin - Arrival & Drive
- Met at Cochin, you drive up to Munnar through spice plantations and past the waterfalls on the ghat road.
- Check in and keep the evening free after the climb.
- Overnight in Munnar; breakfast at the hotel is included each morning.
2Day 2 - Munnar Sightseeing
- A full day of Munnar with your private cab: Mattupetty Dam, then Echo Point across the water.
- Drive out through the tea estates and on to Eravikulam, home of the Nilgiri tahr.
- Back to the hotel for a second night in the hills.
3Day 3 - Wildlife & Culture
- After breakfast, leave Munnar for Thekkady, where the hills turn to spice and forest.
- Take the Periyar safari — the reserve is best known for the boat on the lake, and elephants are the likeliest sighting.
- In the evening, watch Kalaripayattu, the Keralan martial art, performed indoors.
- Overnight at Thekkady.
4Day 4 - Backwater Cruise
- Drive down from Thekkady to Alleppey and board your houseboat around midday.
- Lunch is served aboard as you push off into the Vembanad canals.
- The boat moors for the night among the paddy fields; all meals on board are included.
5Day 5 - Trip ends at Cochin - Beaches & Departure
- A sunrise cruise before disembarking, which is when the backwaters are at their best.
- On to Marari Beach for a last stretch of Keralan coast.
- Transfer to Cochin for your flight or train.
