Day-wise plan
Every day runs on a private cab - the order and pace are yours to change.
1Day 1 - Trip begins at Mangalore - Mangalore to Kukke Subramanya and Dharmasthala.
- Pick-up at Mangalore and drive inland to Kukke Subramanya, about two and a half hours.
- Darshan at the Kukke Subramanya temple on the Kumaradhara river.
- On to Dharmasthala and check in.
- Evening darshan at the Manjunatha temple, and the Bahubali monolith on the hill.
- Overnight in Dharmasthala.
2Day 2 - Sringeri and Horanadu, then down to Udupi.
- An early morning at the Manjunatha temple, then check out.
- Drive through the ghats to Sringeri for the Sharada Peetham on the Tunga river.
- The Vidyashankara temple beside it, and Horanadu Annapoorneshwari if time allows.
- Continue to Udupi and check in. Overnight in Udupi.
3Day 3 - Udupi sightseeing, then up to Murudeshwar.
- Morning darshan at the Sri Krishna temple through the Kanakana Kindi window.
- Malpe beach, and Kapu beach with its lighthouse on the way north.
- A stop at the Anegudde Vinayaka temple.
- Continue to Murudeshwar and check in. Overnight in Murudeshwar.
4Day 4 - Trip ends at Mangalore - Murudeshwar, then back to Mangalore.
- Early darshan at the Murudeshwar temple under the great Shiva looking out to sea.
- Time on Murudeshwar beach and breakfast by the coast.
- Drive back down the coast to Mangalore for the drop.
