1Day 1 - Trip begins at Guwahati - Land in Guwahati, drive up to Shillong
- Fly into Guwahati where your driver meets you
- Road journey to Shillong, the Meghalaya capital, pausing for views of Umiam Lake on the way
- Dinner and overnight in Shillong (2 nights here)
2Day 2 - Shillong city sights and Elephant Falls
- Full day around Shillong: Cathedral of Mary (if open), Ward's Lake, Lady Hydari Park and the Don Bosco Museum
- Stop at Elephant Falls
- Free evening at Police Bazar for street shopping, cafes and pubs on your own
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided; overnight Shillong
3Day 3 - Across the Jaintia Hills to Jowai
- Drive from Shillong to Jowai, passing paddy fields en route
- Visit Thadlaskein Lake, a scenic man-made lake
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner; night halt in Jowai (2 nights)
4Day 4 - Krang Suri waterfall day trip
- Excursion to Krang Suri Falls in the Jaintia Hills, reached by a short 10 to 15 minute walk
- Time to enjoy the blue plunge pool and green surroundings
- Juice served during the waterfall walk; all meals included; back to Jowai for the night
5Day 5 - Dawki river, Mawlynnong village, on to Cherrapunjee
- Boat ride on the clear Umngot river at Dawki and see the 1932 British-era suspension bridge
- Photo stop at the India-Bangladesh border post at Tamabil
- Walk through Mawlynnong, rated Asia's cleanest village: Balancing Rock, a living root bridge, bamboo dustbins and flower gardens
- Continue to Cherrapunjee for a 2-night stay; all meals included
6Day 6 - Nongriat trek to the Double Decker bridge
- Full-day Nongriat trek through forest trails, crossing several suspension and root bridges
- Reach the famous Double Decker living root bridge; optional dip in the natural blue pools (carry swimwear)
- Energy bar on the trek and instant noodles at Cherrapunjee; all meals; overnight Cherrapunjee
7Day 7 - Cherrapunjee waterfalls and caves, return to Guwahati
- Explore Mawsmai Caves, Seven Sisters Falls and Nohkalikai Falls, India's tallest plunge waterfall
- Visit the Ram Krishna Mission
- Drive down to Guwahati, check in and relax; all meals; overnight Guwahati (1 night)
8Day 8 - Trip ends at Guwahati - Kamakhya darshan and fly home
- Morning Mukh Darshan at Kamakhya Temple, one of the 51 Shakti Peethas
- Transfer to Guwahati airport for the return flight; breakfast included; tour ends
