Which Indian city do I fly from?

Any of them. Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City both have direct flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Ahmedabad, and one-stop options from every other Indian city. International airfare is not part of this price, so you can book the routing that suits you and we will match the plan to your arrival time.

Is this a group departure or a private trip?

This is a private trip. Your own vehicle and driver, your own dates and only your own group. Nothing is shared with strangers and the day plan can be reshaped around you.

Do Indian passport holders need a visa for Vietnam?

Yes. Indian nationals need a Vietnam e-visa, applied for online before travelling, and it is usually granted within a few working days. You need a passport valid for at least six months and a recent photograph. The visa fee is not included in this price. We apply for your Vietnam e-visa for you, at least three weeks before you fly, and confirm the current rules for your dates.

What is the best time to make this trip?

March to April and October to November are the most reliable months, with clear air and comfortable temperatures. Winter in the north can be cold and misty, and the summer months bring heavier afternoon rain, though it rarely lasts a whole day.

Can the itinerary be changed?

Yes. Days can be added or dropped, cities swapped, stays upgraded and the pace slowed. Send an enquiry with your dates and group size and we will build the exact plan and price for you.

1Day 1 · Trip begins at Da Nang - Arrival in Da Nang

Arrive at Da Nang airport and transfer to the hotel to check in.
Day free to rest or explore the coastal city at your own pace.

2Day 2 · Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge

Transfer to the cable car station and ride up to the hill resort.
Walk the Golden Bridge held up by its giant stone hands.
Stroll the flower gardens and visit the hillside pagoda.
See the old French era wine cellar before riding the cable car back down.
Lunch included on the day tour; overnight in Da Nang.

3Day 3 · Move to Hoi An and walking tour

Check out and travel by road to Hoi An, then check in.
Half day guided walk through the old town.
See the Japanese covered bridge, the Sa Huynh culture museum and the central market.
Watch silk and handicraft artisans at work.
Overnight in Hoi An.

4Day 4 · Cam Thanh basket boat ride

Transfer to the fishing village at Cam Thanh.
Ride a round bamboo basket boat through the water coconut palms.
Meet local fishing families and see how they work.

5Day 5 · Trip ends at Da Nang - Departure

Check out and transfer to Da Nang airport for the flight home.
