1Day 1 - Trip begins at Delhi - Delhi to Manali by overnight coach
- Board an AC Volvo coach at Majnu Ka Tila in Delhi.
- Overnight road journey towards Manali.
2Day 2 - Arrive Manali, free day
- Transfer to the hotel and check in.
- Free time in town; Mall Road, Manu Temple, Hadimba Temple and the Beas River are the suggested options.
- Night in Manali.
3Day 3 - Manali to Sarchu
- Drive through the Atal Tunnel into Lahaul.
- Cross Baralacha La.
- Check in at Sarchu for the night.
4Day 4 - Sarchu to Tso Moriri via Gata Loops
- Drive the 21 hairpin bends of Gata Loops.
- Cross Lachung La and Naki La, then the More Plains.
- Pass Tso Kar salt lake and continue to Tso Moriri for the night.
5Day 5 - Tso Moriri to Hanle
- Morning by Tso Moriri before departing.
- Stop at the Puga geothermal hot springs.
- Check in at Hanle.
6Day 6 - Hanle excursion to Umling La
- Day drive to Umling La at about 5,883 m, described as the highest motorable pass.
- Time for photographs at the pass.
- Return to Hanle for the night.
7Day 7 - Hanle to Pangong Tso via Rezang La
- Stop at Chushul village.
- Visit the Rezang La War Memorial.
- Continue to Pangong Tso and check in for the night.
8Day 8 - Pangong Tso to Nubra Valley
- Morning at the lake.
- Drive to Nubra along the Shyok River route.
- Time at the dunes and villages; night in Nubra.
9Day 9 - Nubra to Leh via Khardung La
- Hunder Sand Dunes and the double humped Bactrian camels.
- Diskit Monastery and its Maitreya Buddha statue.
- Cross Khardung La and check in at Leh.
10Day 10 - Leh area sightseeing
- Sangam viewpoint at the meeting of the Zanskar and Indus rivers.
- Magnetic Hill and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib.
- SECMOL campus and the Hall of Fame war memorial.
- Day title on the page reads Leh to Kargil via Fotu La, but the text describes a Leh day and ends back in Leh.
11Day 11 - Drive to Kargil via Zoji La
- Possible stop at Sonmarg if time permits.
- Cross Zoji La.
- Kargil War Memorial, then check in at Kargil.

12Day 12 - Trip ends at Srinagar - Departure
