- Breakfast, then drive to Gulmarg via Tangmarg.
- Stop at the frozen Drung waterfall on the way up.
- Ride the Gulmarg gondola (tickets on the spot) and try the snow activities.
- Dinner and overnight at the Srinagar hotel.
3Day 3 · Sonmarg: Hazratbal and Thajiwas GlacierMeals: Breakfast, dinner · Dal Lake houseboat
- Visit Hazratbal Dargah on the way out of Srinagar.
- Drive the Sindh valley to Sonmarg, the Meadow of Gold at 2,692 m.
- Optional pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier (own cost).
- Back to Srinagar for dinner and a night on a Dal Lake houseboat.
4Day 4 · Pahalgam: Aru, Betaab Valley and ChandanwariMeals: Breakfast, dinner · Pahalgam hotel
- Breakfast, then drive to Pahalgam through saffron country.
- Local cab to Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari.
- Evening by the Lidder river.
- Dinner and overnight at the Pahalgam hotel.
5Day 5 · Tulip Garden, Shalimar Bagh and a shikara rideMeals: Breakfast, dinner · Srinagar hotel
- Drive back to Srinagar after breakfast.
- Walk the Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden with the Zabarwan range behind it.
- Shalimar Bagh if time permits, then Shankaracharya Temple for the city view.
- Sunset shikara ride on Dal Lake. Dinner and overnight in Srinagar.
6Day 6 · DepartureMeals: Breakfast
- Breakfast, then transfer to Srinagar airport for the flight home.
