Bali packages from Bengaluru are private trips, not fixed-date departures: the itinerary, the hotels and the pace are set for your group, whether that is a couple, a family or six friends. Bengaluru has a non-stop flight to Denpasar of about six hours, the shortest way to Bali from South India. One-stop connections through Kuala Lumpur or Singapore are often cheaper on the same dates. Most of our Bali packages are priced as land packages — stays, airport transfers, sightseeing and the inclusions listed on each trip page — so you can pick the Bengaluru flight and dates that suit you. We can add the flights, and the visa where one is needed, to the same quote. Indian passport holders get a visa on arrival in Bali, and the same visa can be bought online as an e-VoA before flying so you skip the airport queue. It is valid for 30 days and can be extended once. Your passport needs six months of validity left. The currency is the Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Cards work in hotels and larger restaurants; carry some cash for warungs, drivers and temple entries. UPI does not work in Bali. Best time: April to October is the dry season and the easiest time to travel; July, August and the Christmas fortnight are the busiest and dearest. The wet months are still warm, with short afternoon showers rather than washed-out days.
